Our standard practice is to request 50% of the project cost upfront.
We send you an invoice with payment details. Once the payment is confirmed, we begin the design process. You’ll have access to a dedicated page where you can track our progress.
When the development stage is complete, we’ll issue an invoice for the remaining 50%. After the final payment is confirmed, we’ll transfer your webshop to your chosen domain.
If you have specific payment requests, feel free to contact us, and we’ll adjust the process to suit your needs.

Once the webshop is developed and transferred to your domain, you become its sole and complete owner. Unlike some other agencies, we will not keep you tied to us unnecessarily.
After the process is complete, you’re free to manage your webshop however you wish.
We’ll create a special page (a subdomain) where you can monitor the progress of your webshop’s design in real time.
Once we start the design process, we’ll share a link to this subdomain so you can see how your webshop will look and function before it officially launches.
When the webshop design is finalized, we’ll migrate it from our subdomain to your main domain.
You can choose between 3 different options:
- We can upload the text to your website exactly as it is/as you send it to us
- We do text writing assistance which includes suggestions and edits to the content on your new webshop.
- We write new, fully original texts for you.

The timeframe for creating your webshop is determined jointly, considering the complexity of the project and your specific requirements. We clearly define that before starting the development.
However, please note that the timeline may extend beyond the agreed period in case of unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. For instance, delays may occur if you don’t provide the necessary content or feedback on revisions within the agreed timeframe. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for missing deadlines.
